Opened in mid 2015, MLD 台铝生活商场, or MLD 台铝 in short, is a mall housing a cinema, bookstore, supermarket, eateries and weekend bazaars. The location is an old factory belonging to aluminium company 台湾铝业公司 (Metropolitan Living Development, or MLD in short), which expanded to this location as the business grew.
The mall is accessible on foot from the nearest MRT station (R7, Shihjia 狮甲站, exit 4), LRT station (C7 Software Technology Park 软体园区站) or free shuttle circling a few stops, one of which is Hotel dùa 住饭店 (my choice of access, since I was putting up here).

▼ Carrefour and Ikea are also in the vicinity, which makes this area a pretty good destination for a few leisurely hours.
